Job Description

We’re looking for an Enterprise Solution Architect to own, maintain, and optimize the architectural roadmap for Experian Northern Europe. You will align technology strategy across multiple markets, ensuring scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions, while balancing input from commercial product, infrastructure, development, data, sales, and other teams.

You will report to the Manager Processes Architecture Transformation.

What you’ll do:

• Own and improve the enterprise architecture roadmap.
• Align architecture across multiple markets for scalability and efficiency.
• Gather and balance input from product, sales, data, and technology partners.
• Lead a regional/group architecture board, gathering expert technical insights to guide decisions.
• Apply global architecture guidelines from the Global Technical Enterprise Board within the group.
• Promote innovation while balancing standardization, optimization, and technical debt reduction.
• Embed cybersecurity best practices into architectural designs.
• Explore and incorporate AI capabilities where they provide an architectural or business advantage

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

• 8+ years of experience in architecture or senior technical leadership roles.
• Experience aligning architecture with data strategy and understanding regulatory compliance across markets.
• Expertise in at least one more of the following domains: Infrastructure, Application, Cloud, Data, Integration, Security, DevSecOps.
• Experience with Agile and Software Development Lifecycle
• Experience designing architecture frameworks and governance processes.
• Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF, COBIT, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, or similar.
