SUMMARY
Reporting to the Lead of QHSE Training, Quality & Continual Education, the QHSE Training Professional supports the QHSE Audit Optimization Department. This role assists in maintaining the quality of QHSE Manual Audits, training new auditors, and overseeing ongoing education initiatives. Seeking a self-motivated individual capable of independent work, thriving under pressure, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role is “auditing”/performing quality checks our safety auditors; therefore, safety experience is essential to this role.

The Academy Hybrid Trainer is a part-time Trainer who is responsible for preparing candidates to become successful employees through professional training programs delivered by the Academy.
